Brian runs Black Seven Capital as the asset manager overseeing the full portfolio. As a 50% owner of CEG Management, he maintains direct operational visibility — knowing what's happening at the property level the moment it happens, not weeks later. He is also licensed through Commercial Equities Group, keeping brokerage intelligence built into every deal.
Jeff is the operational engine. As co-owner of CEG Management, he oversees the day-to-day of the portfolio — making sure properties run well, tenants are taken care of, and nothing slips. He also brings deep brokerage experience through Commercial Equities Group, where he has been involved in thousands of commercial transactions across Minnesota and beyond.
